Clear focus and clarity are prerequisites to both my profession and passion. I am a chartered accountant by profession and a photographer by passion.

I have been interested in photography from my college days. As a member of the Photographic Society of Madras (PSM), the second oldest photographic club of the world, I have consistently participated in its print exhibitions, and my photographs have been exhibited in the renowned Lalit Kala Akademy. I have also participated in the print exhibitions conducted by other photographic clubs in India.

I try my best to freeze the awe-inspiring beauty of nature as a lifetime memory. The avian life, in various colours and sizes, adds vibrance to Nature. The various moments of human life, busy or dull, leisurely or agile, wanderlust or at home in a serene place, complement nature. Those lively snippets of life enchant me.

I have had the opportunity to regularly participate in various national and international salons since 2024. My photographs have won acceptances and awards under various genres in various salons on my photographic journey. I got the first leg of distinctions viz., AFIP, AFIAP & PPSA from Federation of Indian Photography (FIP), Federation Internationale De L’Art Photographique (FIAP) and Photographic Society of America (PSA) respectively.

In my association with the PSM, I have been its Treasurer, Secretary and President. Currently, I am the secretary of the Salons & Exhibition Committee of PSM. During my tenure as its President, I had the opportunity to revive the salons conducted by PSM, and successfully complete the 25th national salon, after a gap of 3 decades. It was well-received and appreciated by photographers across India. I have also been instrumental in organising two international salons, digital and print, which had wide participation of photographers from over 50 countries across the globe.
